The financial terms of the transaction were confidential, however, the building was being offered for lease at a rate of $0.53 psf, Triple Net.
The concrete tilt-up industrial building was constructed in 1998. Located in the Maulhardt Industrial Center the warehouse building featured 24’ clearance and 3 position truck-high loading. Other building improvements included of 10% office build-out, 600 Amps of 277/480 volt power service and high efficiency lighting. Doug Wax and Mike Wax represented the owner in the transaction.
