Industrial Park Associates has just completed a sale transaction on behalf of the buyer for a 9,715 sq. ft. industrial building in Oxnard. Pacific Sun Products of Ventura acquired the industrial facility for the processing and distribution of fresh sea urchin caught off the coast of Santa Barbara.

Industrial Park Associates recently finalized the Sublease of a 46,445 sq. ft. industrial facility located at 520 Graves Avenue, Oxnard. IPA represented the Lessee, Sub-Lessor and the owner of the property in the 3 year lease transaction.

Industrial Park Associates has just completed a sale transaction on behalf of the buyer for a 4,693 sq. ft. industrial condominium. Limon’s Metal Finishing of Oxnard acquired the industrial facility for its electro plating of aluminum parts operation.

Escrow has closed on the 29,672 sq. ft. industrial building located at 255 Parkside Drive. The building was purchased by a private investor for $3.6 million. IPA represented the seller, San Fernando Associates LLC.
May 2007
Floral Gift and Home Décor of Somis, California has recently entered into a lease for a 34,560 sq. ft. industrial building. The building was completed in 2006 and features truck high loading and 24’ clearance height. IPA represented both the landlord and tenant in the transaction.

A new lease has been signed with Topaz Lighting West Corporation for 225 Parkside Drive, a 40,000 sq ft. located in Parkside Industrial Center in San Fernando, CA. IPA represented both Topaz and the owner, San Fernando Associates LLC.
