Industrial Park Associates wrapped up an 8,000 sq. ft. lease in Camarillo at 4040 Adolfo Road. IPA represented the tenant, Intelligent Weighing Technology, Inc. in the five (5) year lease. (IWT) as the first occupant in the new industrial space located in Told’s new Flynn Road Business Park development. IWT supplies a complete range of high-quality laboratory balances, industrial scales, load cells and weighing accessories. They moved from Ventura, CA.
