Industrial Park Associates would like to announce the completion of a long term lease transaction for the 32,000 sq. ft. industrial space located at 320 Graves Avenue, Oxnard. Doug Wax and Mike Wax represented the landlord in the transaction.The tenant was Tempest Telecom Solutions LLC. Tempest will use the facility for warehousing and testing of telecommunication systems and network equipment.
