IPA was founded in 1976 to specialize in representing industrial development projects in the Ventura County and San Fernando Valley. In pursuing that objective, IPA has acquired vast development experience in land acquisitions, zoning, planning, subdivisions and parcel maps, construction and market analysis. This has resulted in establishing close relationships with well qualified architects, general contractors, civil engineers, and financial institutions that specialize in construction financing.
Since 1976, IPA has been involved in the development of nearly 5 million square feet of industrial buildings, including three industrial parks consisting of 10 acres or more. This broad range of experience has given IPA the ability to assemble a highly skilled development team that can be tailored to create a specific project.
