Douglas F. Wax, President
Doug Wax originally founded Industrial Park Associates in 1976 with co-founder and partner, Robert A. Lipson. Doug has been a licensed real estate broker in the state of California since 1972. He was educated at Yale University (B.A.) and the University of Southern California (M.B.A.) and is a two term, past president of the American Industrial Real Estate Association (1981-82). Doug’s interests include spending time with the grandchildren, foreign travel and visiting the wine country. He currently resides with his wife of 44 years in Westlake Village, California.
Michael L. Wax, Vice President
Mike Wax (son of Doug Wax) joined his father in the business in 1997. Mike is a licensed real estate broker in the State of California and a graduate of California State University of Northridge. Mike is proud to have 10 years of membership in AIR Commercial (formerly the American Industrial Real Estate Association.) Mike’s interests include golfing, mountain bike riding, wine tasting and spending time with family. Mike currently resides in Camarillo, California with his wife and daughter.
