September 2007 - Industrial Park Associates has just completed a sale transaction on behalf of the buyer for a 9,715 sq. ft. industrial building in Oxnard. Pacific Sun Products of Ventura acquired the industrial facility for the processing and distribution of fresh sea urchin caught off the coast of Santa Barbara.
August 2007 - Industrial Park Associates recently finalized the Sublease of a 46,445 sq. ft. industrial facility located at 520 Graves Avenue, Oxnard. IPA represented the Lessee, Sub-Lessor and the owner of the property in the 3 year lease transaction.
